A Direção de Comunicação e Stakeholders da E-REDES, tem por missão garantir a coerência na comunicação interna e externa, desenvolvendo e divulgando mensagens alinhadas com a estratégia empresarial e gerindo riscos e oportunidades de reforço de notoriedade da empresa junto da comunidade onde está inserida, assim como definir a estratégia de relacionamento com os Stakeholders e a gestão das entidades relevantes para a atividade da E-REDES.

Pretende reforçar a sua equipa com a contratação de um(a) Stakeholder Relations Expert.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar indicadores de atividade, o feedback recebido e as melhores práticas de mercado (nacionais e internacionais), que permitam identificar riscos e oportunidades e promover melhorias na estratégia de comunicação junto dos diferentes Stakeholders;
  • Apoiar na definição das mensagenschave para os diferentes Stakeholders, acompanhando a sua efetividade e definindo iniciativas de melhoria em função dos resultados obtidos;
  • Apoiar na definição de políticas de comunicação e gerir o relacionamento com Stakeholders, acompanhando projetos e iniciativas definidas para o efeito;
  • Apoiar na elaboração do Plano de Gestão de Stakeholders institucionais, respeitando as metodologias e políticas aprovadas para o Grupo EDP;
  • Apoiar na gestão de patrocínios, gestão de meios e relações institucionais, em linha com a estratégia de comunicação da Empresa e do Grupo, em conjunto com a área de Comunicação e Marca;
  • Estabelecer canais de comunicação adequados a cada Stakeholder, respondendo às suas solicitações.
Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Economia ou Engenharia;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em Consultoria, Gestão de Stakeholders, Marketing e Comunicação e Digital (valorizado);
  • Experiência prévia em gestão de projetos (valorizado);
  • Excelentes competências de apresentação e comunicação escrita e oral;
  • Boa capacidade analítica para transformar a informação recolhida e analisada em iniciativas acionáveis, e criar uma lógica de atuação "data driven";
  • Fluência em português (obrigatório), inglês (obrigatório) e espanhol (valorizado);
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações frequentes (obrigatório).
