Responsibilities your mission

  • You will lead services market and forecast analysis for the Airbus services "Market & Messaging" team. This team aims at delivering global commercial aviation services forecasts, intelligence and business analysis, through concise and impactful stories, in order to enhance Airbus present and future services positioning, and enable strategic aftermarket decisions across the company.

Your activities will include:

  • Contribute to build the Airbus Global Services Forecast (GSF) a 20yrs services demand forecast. You will support the overall effort by building, delivering and maturing new markets modeling
  • Develop ad hoc studies and market understanding stories for Airbus Services, acting as a "Market Consulting agency" inside Customer Services. You will constantly gather market data and communicate on trends, forecasts & competition moves in a simple, meaningful and ready to pitch format for Airbus Commercial management decision making.
  • Develop societal & technology watch activities and deliver monthly societal trend surveys to support Commercial Aviation Services forecast and intelligence activities. Measure or consolidate from relevant sources the impact of hot topics on commercial aviation and services performance.
  • Support the preparation of most aftermarket internal and external communication materials using Google Suite creative tools Gslides creative presentations, Gsite updates & analytics, Gsheet graphs & infographics, Gforms, Handbooks etc with respect to Airbus quality standards and branding guidance.
  • Assist the Messaging & Region leader in the organisation and animation of a network regrouping market specialists in all world regions, including regular reporting and support to regional market specific queries
  • Develop knowledge on Commercial aviation aftermarket and become a recognised services strategy storytellers
  • On demand, support top management messaging needs on exciting strategic projects and highly visible forums driving company strategic decisions
  • Develop clear and creative presentations for Airbus aftermarket strategy needs.
  • Take part in the development of knowledge sharing tools to align all stakeholders on one set of information.
  • Participate in the "Market & Messaging" team activities reviews, and the "Market Regional Network".
  • 5 year degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or business.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience(s) in Commercial Aviation and/or Aviation Services Hard skills:
  • Good understanding of the air transport services industry (players, market trends,) Excellent project & stakeholder management
  • Concise & rigorous
  • Solid analytical skills & economic modeling capability
  • Able to work in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to manage complex data and convert in simple and creative stories Soft skills:
