Immigration and Visa Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

-
Immigration Services:Facilitate Immigrant Visas for Family Reunification, Employment Immigrant Visas, Investor Immigrant Visas, Green Lottery Visa, Humanitarian Asylum Application, Employer Immigrant Visas, and Skilled Worker Immigration Visas.

Conduct thorough assessments to determine eligibility and guide clients through the immigration process.

Visa Services: Handle a range of visas, including Tourist Visas, Visit Visas, Business Visas, Medical Visas, Student Visas, Work Visas, and Transit Visas.

Stay updated on relevant immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Travel Insurance:Coordinate comprehensive travel insurance coverage for clients, ensuring all travel requirements, including flights and accommodation, are met.

Provide peace of mind and security to clients by addressing any concerns or inquiries related to travel insurance.

Communicate effectively with embassies to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and documentation submission.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in handling immigration and visa services.
Familiarity with processes related to Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas.

Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with different types of visas and their requirements.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clients and embassy officials.

Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is required.

Additional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic is highly desirable.
