What you will be doing
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Collaborate closely with recruting team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the recruiting industry, our services, and our competitors
Represent the company at external events

What you will bring
Bachelors degree
At least 3 years experience in IT market, in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate deals
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and data
