Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming invoices
  • Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT
  • Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions
  • Develop process documentation
  • Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices

Requirements:

  • ERP System experience
  • SAP FI, and experience in the use of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional experience in accounting and shared service environment is a plus
  • Academic background in accounting or management is a plus
  • Communication skills and cooperative mindset, high level of accountability and accuracy, as well as an enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
