Job Description Your contribution to something big: Guarantee the development and implementation of process and products industrialization; Assures transversal activities of improvement of the process.

Assures cost efficiency of the process; Analyze, approve and fulfil the Project Time Schedule; Members of Industrialization Team with task of develop assembly concept and product process flow; Define Line layouts and assure Floor Space Optimization in the plant; Buildup of new production lines, integrated in multidisciplinary team; Develop, define and specify Assembly equipment (MAE/EWAK requirements); define Engineering Specification for suppliers; Carrying out pre-acceptance of equipment and processes according to the Bosch rules and the automotive industry standard; Participation in the implementation of documentation for industrialization: Control plan, FMEA, process and product guidelines; Plan and implement Process ECR's (development of new equipment's, methods, processes, and documentation); Providing measures related to PPC improvement; Plan and control EWAK and MAE readiness (follow-up MAE/EWAK procurement) and line capacity analysis (input to ); Participation in multidisciplinary problem-solving teams; Checks process performance reports evolution (OEE, FPY, FOR, and IDC...); Improve product and process concept in order to enable robust design and lean process assembly.


Qualifications What distinguishes you:

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Datasheet analysis expertise know how Working with 2D and 3D drawing (inventor, solidworks, autocad...) Open minded for intercultural collaboration Very good English proficiency Verbal and nonverbal communication skills Good communication skills and team leading skills Results oriented profile Critical and creative spirit and entrepreneur mindset High dynamism and sense of responsibility; Availability to travel worldwide.
