Spanish Content Moderator team.


Our
client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

As a
Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
  • Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
  • Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
  • Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
  • Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
  • Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient level of
    Spanish (C2)
  • Advanced level of
    English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver

Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal:

Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios:

Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
