Create a better #TomorrowWithUs.No âmbito do Protocolo pela "Aliança para a Igualdade nas TIC" que tem como finalidade formalizar a rede de parcerias do "Engenheiras Por Um Dia", sob coordenação da Comissão para a Cidadania a Igualdade de Género (CIG), em articulação com a Associação Portuguesa para a Diversidade e Inclusão (APPDI) e assinado em 14 de Dezembro de 2021 tendo em vista designadamente a promoção da inclusão digital das mulheres e da respetiva participação nas engenharias e nas tecnologias, a Siemens lança o Programa Engineers Summer Camp.
O programa Siemens Engineers Summer Camp - Semana Imersiva é uma iniciativa transformadora concebida para oferecer a estudantes universitárias das áreas de Ciências, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Matemática (STEM) uma oportunidade única de adquirirem experiência e conhecimentos sobre o mundo das indústrias orientadas para a tecnologia.Durante esta imersão de uma semana no mundo da tecnologia, as participantes terão a oportunidade de criar uma ponte entre o meio académico e a indústria, proporcionando uma compreensão aprofundada das experiências diárias de trabalho na Siemens.No decorrer do programa terão a oportunidade de conhecer:
  • As diferentes áreas de negócio
  • Os profissionais do setor
  • As tecnologias utilizadas
Paralelamente o Siemens Engineers Summer Camp -Semana Imersiva compreende:
  1. Experiência Prática: As alunas poderão aplicar os conhecimentos teóricos em projetos práticos, desenvolvendo habilidades essenciais para a sua futura carreira.
  2. Networking: O programa proporciona um ambiente propício para conhecer outras estudantes, profissionais e mentores, criando conexões valiosas para o futuro.
  3. Mentoria: Terão acesso a orientação personalizada de profissionais experientes, ajudando-as a traçar os seus caminhos profissionais.
  4. Visão Global: A imersão na Siemens permitirá uma melhor compreensão do funcionamento de uma empresa global e as oportunidades disponíveis no mercado de trabalho.
  5. Desenvolvimento de Competências: Além do conhecimento técnico, o programa incorpora competências de comunicação, trabalho em equipa e resolução de problemas.

  • Esta 2.a edição disponibiliza 20 vagas destinadas a finalistas de licenciaturas e de frequência em mestrados nas áreas de Engenharia e Ciências.
  • O período de candidaturas para o programa Siemens Engineers Summer Camp - Semana Imersiva, termina a 18 de junho.
  • O programa decorrerá de 1 a 5 de julho, nas instalações da Siemens Portugal, em Alfragide.
