Receptionist

A Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing reception services for Guests to ensure a top-notch experience from arrival to departure and conducting necessary audits.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries promptly
  • Ensure a smooth reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out, and completing audit procedures
  • Maintain open communication with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors regarding guest feedback
  • Display exceptional customer service consistently
  • Participate in training courses and support the Night Team's training efforts
  • Have a good understanding of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions
  • Optimize room occupancy and utilize up-selling techniques for hotel services
  • Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash per hotel credit policy
  • Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws
  • Follow company brand standards and operational procedures
  • Support other departments as needed
