Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Our mission within the HR Services department is to deliver top-notch services and business expertise in all HR-related processes. By combining professional business partnerships with continuous service improvements, we aim to provide value in an efficient manner. This role plays a crucial part in supporting these objectives through the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general and complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes locally and on a European and global scale
- Provide consulting services and excellent support to the HR community on various intricate matters
- Manage standard and complex inquiries and support using ticket services or phone communication when necessary
- Execute assigned tasks and handle complex issues promptly following defined processes and service agreements
- Contribute to regional and global mobility topics within the HR Services team, aiding employees with mobility benefits throughout their lifecycle
- Generate various HR documents throughout the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts and mobility attachments
- Handle bulk document creation and distribution processes
- Maintain personnel and organizational data as per defined standards
- Ensure digitalization and proper archiving of documents according to set processes
- Manage transfer calculations and mobility offers for international employees
- Prepare offer packages for worldwide relocation and immigration support for new hires and transfers
- Administer relocation, tax, and immigration vendor processes for both EU and Non-EU employees
- Handle invoicing, billing, and cost-related matters for mobility benefits
- Execute reporting on relocation, tax, and immigration data for national and international employees
- Drive internal documentation improvements, including process mappings and knowledge base articles
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding employee and organizational data
- Participate in workshops and meetings led by subject matter experts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A good understanding and experience with business computing solutions, preferably SAP HR
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume and transactional administrative tasks
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset and focus on continual improvement
- Strong customer orientation and service-oriented approach
- International mindset with exposure to diverse teams
- Capability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in an international matrix organization
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with business computing solutions, particularly SAP HR tools
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Specialized skills in the area of work with broad knowledge in the functional domain
