Credit Management Associate with French

The company offers a seamless digital platform for both shippers and carriers to easily find, book and track solutions for time-sensitive shipments. By combining technology with Europe's most extensive carrier network and a team of +400 transport experts available 24/7, the company aims to deliver the best customer experience. Redspher consists of the following brands, all specialized in time-sensitive delivery: Easy4Pro, Easy2Go, Upela, Rubiwin, Flash, Schwerdtfeger and SpeedPack Europe.

The Credit Management Associate is in charge of assessing potential customer files to verify their credit worthiness. He/she is also responsible for ensuring timely payment behavior of the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect cash in compliance with our internal processes and tool, manage on time without delay all actions generated by the Credit Management tool,
  • Manage customer's inquiries promptly and accurately by understanding the customer market and needs.
  • Manage customer's receivable issues, disputes and/or claims with customer service and commercial colleagues by collecting, analyzing and reviewing client data.
  • Resolve payment differences/disputes
  • Analyze and follow customer's solvency to prevent payments delays or nonpayments
  • Set and monitor credit limits with support of Headquarters
  • Reconcile customer invoices and payments in the accounting system
  • Inform and liaise with sales/customer service

Skills:

  • Optional: Knowledge of accounting software (SAP)
  • Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting; good with numbers
  • Fluent in English and in French, other language in particular Italian being considered as valuable asset

Condition of employment:

  • Temporary contract that can lead to permanent contract
  • Full time job
  • For experienced Credit Manager Associate or beginners
