A PPM Coachers está a contratar para a função de Senior IT Project Manager

A tua missão:

  • Planear, coordenar e executar projetos, desde a conceção até a entrega final, garantindo que sejam concluídos dentro do escopo, prazo e orçamento estabelecidos.
  • Definir objetivos, metas e marcos do projeto, garantindo a compreensão e o alinhamento de todos os stakeholders.
  • Gerir equipas multidisciplinares, fornecendo orientação, apoio e motivação para alcançar os objetivos do projeto.
  • Realizar reuniões de acompanhamento regularmente para monitorizar o progresso do projeto, identificar possíveis problemas e tomar ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Estabelecer e manter uma comunicação eficaz com todos os stakeholders, fornecendo atualizações regulares sobre o status do projeto e resolvendo quaisquer problemas ou conflitos que possam surgir.
  • Identificar riscos e implementar estratégias de mitigação para garantir o sucesso do projeto.
  • Avaliar e revisar continuamente os processos e práticas de gestão de projetos, propondo melhorias para aumentar a eficiência e a eficácia.
  • Documentar e arquivar todas as informações relevantes do projeto, garantindo a disponibilidade e rastreabilidade dos dados.

Requirements:

O que procuramos:

  • Formação Superior em TI.
  • Experiência mínima de 10 anos no desempenho da função de Project Manager empregando metodologias Ágeis/Scrum.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Aspetos como a autonomia, proatividade, pragmatismo, assertividade e capacidade de negociação serão valorizados.
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas ágeis, Jira e Confluence.
  • Bom entendimento do negócio da empresa;
  • Forte habilidade analítica e dar soluções rápidas;
  • Espírito de equipa e envolvimento em projetos;
  • Fluência em Inglês e Português.
