Our newest opportunity is for a talented

Senior Environmental Consultant to join our award-winning team based in

Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (EIA) over a wide range of infrastructure, industrial projects, masterplans, etc.
in EIA studies and other environmental related studies.

  • Delivering high quality environmental reports to governmental and private clients.
  • Planning or conducting field work involving environmental sampling and monitoring (air, noise, waste, ecology, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Reviewing tenders, writing proposals and coordinate with other divisions in cross discipline bids.
  • Working closely with engineering specialists and other experts.
  • Reviewing complex documents, summaries and present key issues in a clear and concise way.
  • Client facing experience in meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Able to meet challenging budgets and timescales.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team and in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 10 years' experience partnered with a

BEng/MSc in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Management with EIA development and deliver.

We are seeking relevant project management experience working for large scale infrastructure, industrial and masterplan projects.

Experience in environmental management systems, Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Environmental Compliance Studies and auditing is beneficial, such as the development and/or supervision of construction management and monitoring plans.


Knowledge of principles and practices of research and data collection, a successful track record of staying within budget and schedule on projects and experience of the delivery of technical reports, will be considered critical.

Fluency in

English and Portuguese is a requirement of the role.
