IT Business Analyst - Global Functions (Finance)
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
-
Data Collection and Analysis - Use data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.

Business Requirements Identification - Collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.

Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be" - Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required

Feasibility Studies - Contribute to and support feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective, and document findings.

Portfolio Management - Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.

Change Management - Develop and deliver projects or a workstream within a change management initiative with guidance from senior colleagues.

Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution - Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.

Cost Accounting & Budgeting - Conduct complex analyses of costs for a significant part of the business to identify variances, suggest efficiencies, and increase profitability. Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas of the organization

Culture of Innovation - Support a culture of innovation by contributing to solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration, such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons.

Horizon Scanning - Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.

Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management - Execute development plan for a new product or service, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- 3+ years of demonstrated functional expertise in the
Finance processes - Technical background and ability to translate the functional requirements to the technical requirements.
- Global IT/functional projects contribution experience (implementations)
- Experience working with functional requirements gathering and definition
Education :
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Language Skills:
Good English language - both verbal and written
