Your responsabilities:

  • Assist
    French Speaking Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide accurate and realtime responses to the customers inquiries.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Intermediate English level (at least B2)

  • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
  • Training is provided at the beginning of the work

Competitive salary and remuneration system:

2 extra salaries per year
