Our client is a leading global technology company in automotive electronics that specializes in developing and producing innovative digital cockpit and electrification products at the forefront of the mobility industry. They collaborate with top players like BMW, Jaguar, Honda, Volvo, Fiat, KIA, and other renowned companies in the Automotive Sector.

Due to their expansion, they are seeking a talented PPAP Engineer to ensure the fulfillment of manufacturing customer-specific requirements throughout business opportunities. **As a PPAP Engineer, your responsibilities include:**

  • Understanding all PPAP/APQP customer-specific requirements and ensuring alignment with customers on deliverables definition across various product stages.
  • Supporting forward model launch activities by participating in APQP team meetings.
  • Assessing Process Validation tests and improving test processes to address any issues. Ensuring proper handling of Product Verification tests and results.
  • Compiling a comprehensive PPAP documentation package following company and customer standards.
  • Timely submission of PPAP packages to customers through designated channels as per required PPAP level submission.
  • Addressing Non-Compliances from Plant Customer Audits/Forward Model Quality Reviews and ensuring resolution during launch.
  • Conducting Process FMEA sessions to incorporate lessons learned and best practices into PFMEA for risk mitigation and enhancements.
  • Coordinating Safe Launch Activities to guarantee a smooth product launch.
  • Verifying alignment between customer and supplier requirements.

**Ideal candidates should possess:**

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronics, or Materials).
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in PPAP and APQP processes.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong focus on results, accuracy, and follow-up.
