Euronext Technologies recently started some major programs to: redesign Trading Platforms used to run Euronext Markets, industrialize its IT and implement Agile methodologies.

Good tools strongly integrated and automation over Continuous Integration / Delivery and Testing are key features.

We are looking for an IT Asset Manager Trainee supporting to manage all IT assets within a business. That includes anything from software and hardware to digital assets and cloud services.

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and record hardware assets and/or software license to make sure they complied with vendor contracts in different software tools.
  • Ensure effective management of the CMDB and that the content contained is accurate.
  • Manage inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes, making sure that modifications, withdrawals, and additions of existing ones are correctly recorded by the teams in charge in the tools to ensure that the vendor contracts are complied with
  • Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management.
  • Take part in other ITSM processes, or as required perform as a back up to maintain operational activities.
The key accountabilities only describe the main activities and is not exhaustive. It evolves depending on the expertise level and ongoing projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Studies in Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in other related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT software and hardware.
  • Basic knowledge of licensing agreements involving software, including Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
  • Knowledge about Insight and Insight Discovery.
  • Good level of English.
  • Good level of communication.
