Our clientele includes Danone, FM Logistic, Fnac-Darty, Essilor, and Ferrero.

JOB DESCRIPTION


In the Customer Success Management team you will be responsible for, namely, commercial management of our clients, proposals and lead qualification.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the follow up of our customers in order to ensure their satisfaction;
  • Identify business opportunities in existing customers as well as in leads generated through our dissemination platforms;
  • Keep our CRM (Sales Force) and process tracking tables up to date.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic Background: Degree, Master's Degree or Post-Graduation in Communication or similars;
  • Knowhow of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking, problem management and clientorientation;
  • Autonomy, dynamism, organization and rigor;
  • Fluency in English.
