Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura na área de Gestão, Gestão de Operações ou equivalente;
  • MS Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint);
  • Fluência em Inglês (preferencial)
  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência profissional em funções similares;
  • Experiência em funções de Customer Care no sector de ecommerce
  • Capacidade para trabalhar em equipa e de liderança;
  • Competências de organização, análise e orientação para resultados.

Este profissional terá como principais responsabilidades:

  • Medição dos níveis atuais de satisfação, principais pontos de insatisfação do cliente e definição de melhorias a implementar;
  • Analisar, rever e otimizar os atuais processos de Customer Care com objetivo de redução de SLA e volume de interações e melhoria da satisfação do cliente;
  • Responsável pela plataforma de CRM e plataforma de gestão da Comunicação pró ativa para com o cliente (SalesForce);
  • Identificar potenciais automatismos (através de desenvolvimentos internos ou de softwares externos) com impacto na produtividade das equipas e na qualidade do serviço;
  • Definir, desenvolver e implementar novos procedimentos e novas estratégias, com objetivo de melhorar a relação com o cliente e otimização do trabalho interno;
  • Melhoria dos artigos disponíveis no Self Help Center e seu processo;
  • Gestão de parceiros externos tecnológicos com objetivo de otimizar os canais existentes utilizando Automação;
  • Analisar as melhores práticas de processos de Customer Care no mercado;
  • Responsável pela equipa de formação e auditoria;
  • Gestão de projetos relacionados com os canais de atendimento ao cliente
  • Owner dos Reports da equipa, desenvolvimento, analise e apresentação de forma transversal;
  • Definir novas estratégias de melhoria do processo de encomenda do cliente, medindo as suas vantagens e desvantagens, comunicando os impactos para a empresa ao Head de CC;
  • Gestão de parceiros externos tecnológicos com objetivo de otimizar os canais existentes utilizando Automação
  • Atuar proactivamente na garantia do cumprimento dos processos e procedimentos de cada equipa de operações;
  • Auditar preventivamente as várias equipas e atuar nas possíveis falhas sugerindo alterações de melhoria a processos e procedimentos;
  • Melhorar a experiência do cliente na utilização das ferramentas da empresa;
  • Trabalhar colaborativamente com as equipas de desenvolvimento da empresa: IT, PM, Marketing, Operações garantindo que as ações têm o desenvolvimento/ seguimento necessário;
