Responsible SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) (M/F/d):

Main tasks:

  • Responsible for supplier quality and representing the plant in relation to supplier matters and regulatory agencies.
  • Quality assurance supplier: manage interfaces with suppliers including handling of PPS's; check the received parts; analyze nonconformities, fault analysis, meetings with suppliers, development and implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions, double release of compensation, planning, control, preparation of audits;
  • Supplier quality management system: Support in the implementation of remedial and/or preventive measures to ensure the quality management system of suppliers as well as their processes and procedures to meet the requirements imposed by ZF and IATF 16949 as well as legal standards and customer requirements.
  • Audit preparation: Ensure adequate planning and performance of system, process and product audits of suppliers according to the requirements of ZF, IATF 16949 as well as customers and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in engineeringfield mechanical / mechatronics
  • VDA 6.3 Auditor, ISO 19011 Auditor qualification, IATF 16949, ASPICE assessor preferred
  • Min 3 years of professional experience in a quality systems / supplier quality / customer quality / research and development and / or APQP in a safety related commodity
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent English (business level)
