Business and Community Manager (M/F), para uma nova área de negócio do grupo, no domínio do coworking, com a missão de proporcionar um ambiente que promova o Bem-Estar a Colaboração e a Produtividade.


Descrição da função:

  • Promover um ambiente comunitário acolhedor e colaborativo;
  • Gestão, coordenação e supervisão da equipa e das operações comunitárias do espaço;
  • Organização, coordenação e gestão de eventos que atendam aos interesses e necessidades da comunidade;
  • Fortes competências em gestão de conflitos e capacidade de atuar como mediador na resolução de eventuais divergências, garantindo uma atmosfera harmoniosa;
  • Envolverse ativamente com os utilizadores da comunidade e empresas integradas no espaço;
  • Colaboração interdepartamental para o desenvolvimento e definição de estratégias de crescimento e retenção da comunidade, efetuando a supervisão de conteúdos digitais;
  • Garantir a conformidade com todas as regulamentações de saúde e segurança nos espaços comuns.

Requirements:

  • Licenciatura (preferencial) ou formação relevante na área da Hospitalidade Organizacional, Gestão de Empresas, Administração, Desenvolvimento Comunitário ou similar;
  • Experiência superior a 2 anos na área da Hospitalidade Organizacional, Coworking ou no setor de Bem-Estar;
  • Experiência comprovada em Gestão da Comunidade, Planeamento de Eventos e Gestão de Equipas;
  • Excelente Capacidade de Comunicação e Competências em Relações Interpessoais;
  • Fortes aptidões Organizacionais e de Gestão de Tempo;
  • Fluência em Inglês, oral e escrito;
  • Conduta focada na comunidade e com uma abordagem positiva na resolução de problemas.
