What you will do

  • Assist Reward Manager with Global Benefits Renewals
  • Own procurement processes within rewards to ensure purchase orders are processed correctly, liaising with finance and external vendors when required
  • Support international HR team with benefitrelated matters across International markets.
  • Assist Senior Compensation Manager input into compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position, developing and/or modifying structures as needed
  • Provide monthly management reporting for Leavers and the departmental Active Headcount Snapshot
  • Manage Equity program including owning files and ensuring that diligence is applied to keep them up to date and current
  • Liaise with Finance to provide them with the relevant required documents to comply with their audit requirements
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be required

Qualifications

  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills advanced excel skills a must
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to develop consulting skills required to work in a fastpaced client facing environment
  • Ability to work in fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to multitask and must be well organized; attention to detail; ability to meet established deadlines; ability to work under pressure; ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Strong communications, teamwork and appreciation of different cultures across the globe
