TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be:
- You will be receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
- Identifying issues and provide solutions
- Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project
Requirements:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native level of French and an advanced level of English.
- Interest for customer relationship and solving issue.
- Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
Benefits:
What's in it for you?
- Fulltime 6 months fixedterm contract.
- 39h/week, Monday to Friday on rotative shifts (08:30 to 17:00).
- Salary: 890€/ gross per 14 months + 100€/month performance bonus + 60€/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers of 7.63€/work day.
- If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of the initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 1 year of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay).
