THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Business Analyst in a large project in the financial sector.

WHAT YOU'LL DO? Participate in and influence sponsors' IT strategy (understand industry trends, be an ideal partner, from the conceptual model to the execution of initiatives);

  • Help shape the portfolio of IT initiatives;
  • Attend and organize workshops, vendor calls, and assessments to help define the IT roadmap;
  • Manage portfolio of future initiatives in scope: convey to IT leadership team, clearly define priorities, set arbitration;
  • Support the NAR SSC Manager on governance and audit topics, act as a delegate when necessary;
  • Ensure that the solution is compatible with the requirements derived from the Business needs;
  • Contact person within the project or maintenance teams and for the Business for Data and functional aspects;
  • Be the liaison between end users and the IT development team;
  • Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Help with data architecture, data warehousing, and data mart modeling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ? Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science or Information Technology;

  • 3+ years' experience in IT Business Analysis in a financial institution;
  • Knowledge of process analysis, design, and testing methods;
  • Experience in ETL development, Unix, Database (SQL) and Autosys components is a plus;
  • Experience in performing general troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Business Objects SAP and their technical components;
  • Analytical and technical skills;
  • Rigorous attitude and attention to detail;
  • Ease of communication with the entire team.
