an easy and technology-driven way of renting a sailboat.

We are a strong international team of marketing, IT professionals, and sales worldwide.

TasksFinding growth opportunitiesDeveloping a strategy closely tied to metricsManaging the tech stack together with marketing and the development teamIndependently setting up and launching newsletters and trigger sequencesAnalyzing results and developing the directionRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing;Successful cases with clear results;Data-driven approach, working by metrics, lean approach;Preferred fields: edtech, real estate, travel, B2B - high-value deals, long cycles, multiple interactions before a deal;Experience with WA, email, mobile push notifications;Experience working with platforms like HubSpot, Klavio, ActiveCampaign, , and similar in small-sized companies;High work pace, independence;English language proficiency of at least B2 level.
