Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Provide professional and friendly customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful information.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our support processes by sharing customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and convey solutions clearly.
