We are looking for a communicative and open-minded customer service representative for an eye health products company to competently handle customer enquiries.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisorwill be: A native level of German and at least a B2 level of EnglishKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleHaving a drive for excellence and professionalismBeing a real team player and committed to your workExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbonfor an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)What's in it for you? Type of contract:
a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week)8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational scheduleSalary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): € gross/monthExcluding accommodation: € gross/month
(*)Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 monthsAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc.
