About the job

  • Within Group BNP Paribas Finance Function, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Finance is the department that measures, controls and explains the financial reporting of the Region's entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines. EMEA Finance is a crossborder organization with teams operating in Paris, Madrid and Lisbon on behalf of the different countries of the Region
  • Within EMEA Finance, the Smart Working team promotes a different way of working across the Infinity EMEA platform
  • The team focuses on digitalization and continuous improvement as key elements to improve process quality and efficiency, while increasing customer satisfaction and motivation across the Infinity teams located in Madrid and Lisbon
  • The team will also support and reinforce the transformation culture across the teams by creating a mindset of continuous improvement, digitalization and automation

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support on the continuous improvement project: Process maps and workshops documentation; Trainings organisation
  • Monitoring of the customer experience of the

Infinity Platform:
Support on the action plan follow up with the teams; Support on the meetings with detractors; Support on meeting minutes and presentation preparation

  • Ensuring the sustainability of the S-ABC methodology (simplified activity based costing)
  • Support on Annual review: Preparation of the workshops materials, Organization of the different sessions, Support on the deliverables
  • Support on Quarterly movement process: Preparation of the documentation of the quarters; Support on the reconciliation; Support on the deliverables preparation for invoicing purposes

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge in BI tools (to contribute to the automation of files and processes)
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Analytical skills, ability to prioritize, organizational capacities, rigour and deadlines respect
  • Communication skills (good relational capacities, teamwork and adaptability)
