You will help us grow our team by finding talented people that fit our needs, requirements, and culture.

You will be part of a highly dynamic team and have an active talent acquisition role in the tech industry.


Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Managing and growing our talent pool to build a pipeline for future needs.
  • Using direct sourcing tools and techniques to ensure growth of our talent pool.
  • Keep regular communication with past applicants regarding new jobs and careers opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with the department's processes and procedures.
  • Support the talent team in all inherent tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the IT/Software Development sector (preferred).
  • Understanding of all recruiting methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Techsavvy and experienced using technology and digital systems.
  • Able to deal with the change in a tech environment.
  • Team player with the capacity to perform tasks independently and proactively.
  • Ability to follow methodologies and procedures.
  • Highly organized and fast learner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Having a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Excellent communicator (spoken and written).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
