The Job
As a French Customer Service Agent at Google Ads, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide B2B service to small/medium sized businesses for the French market
  • Greet customers warmly
  • Assist customers with questions/potential complaints via phone, email, chat.
  • Inform customers about other business opportunities
  • Provide knowledge about all Google Ad products
Your profile

  • You are a French native speaker and have a B2 level in English
  • You have graduated your A levels
  • You are holding a European residency or a working visa for Portugal
  • You are service minded and willing to solve issues the best possible
  • You have a great ability and flexibility to communicate
  • You have the ability to work under pressure
  • You ideally have experience in customer service
The offer

  • International global player in the market
  • Young and international team
  • Temporary contract of 12 months with the possibility to stay depending on your performance
  • Complete relocation package included:
Offered accommodation (all expenses included)

Airport pick up
Flight reimbursement after 9 months
Yearly flight offered to home country

  • Salary without accommodation: € 1160 Gross/month
  • Salary with accommodation: €950 Gross/month
  • Possible performance bonus: €100/month
  • Working hours Mon-Fri 8AM 5PM
-5 weeks training fully paid

  • Holidays 22 days a year
  • Growing opportunities (Team leader, first line manager.
..)

  • Free activities: Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, social events, sport activities (surfing.
..) ect.
