We are on the lookout for a motivated intern to join our IT Procurement team. This internship opportunity, part of the IEFP program, is based at our office in Paço de Arcos.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their offerings
  • Supporting the creation and management of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs)
  • Maintaining procurement records, databases, and documentation
  • Managing supplier relationships, including communication, negotiation, and performance evaluation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand their IT needs
  • Conducting cost analysis and budgeting for IT procurement projects
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Excellent analytical and research abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in IT and technology trends
  • Residing in Lisbon with the capacity to be present at the office regularly
