WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? As our Tech Lead, you'll be the master of ceremonies, managing a crew of ace software engineers to ensure on-time delivery of amazing projects.

You'll also work closely with other company leaders to craft product development strategies that keep our clients grinning from ear to ear.


Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of software engineers;Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team;Propose and implement improvements to software development processes and technologies;Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects;Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and define product development strategy; WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? We are looking for experts in Full stack development with backgroundand interest in:
.NET, Azure, Containers and Visual Studio;Solid experience leading software development teams;Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality;Proven experience in web and cloud-based application development;Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills;Fluent in English (written and spoken);Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in React and Angular.
