The Record to Report Direction (R2R) of EDP Global Solutions SA, whose mission is to ensure the operation of the economic and financial activities supporting the EDP Group's activity, namely: i) the management of financial master data, ii) accounting, including accounting consolidation; iii) taxation, and iv) operational treasury management, including external and internal debt management, payments and receipts, bank management and cash forecasting, is looking to recruit for the Bank Management area.


Main responsibilities:

  • Management of bank accounts, from opening, maintenance to closing of accounts;
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and commercial accounts;
  • Ensure digitalization of documents and mantain documentation archive;
  • Monitoring of outsourcing partners;
  • Management of banking cards and statement control;
  • Ensure the update of master data in the treasury system;
  • Managing access to electronic banking.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or related areas provided you have relevant experience for the position;
  • Professional experience between 2 and 8 years in financial areas;
  • Knowledge of treasury tools is valued;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being valued;
  • Mastery of Office, with knowledge of SAP being valued;
  • Problem solving, analytical and organizational skills;
  • Collaborative capacity and resilience.

A Direção Record to Report (R2R) da EDP Global Solutions SA, que tem como missão garantir a operacionalidade das atividades económico-financeiras de suporte à atividade do Grupo EDP, nomeadamente: i) a gestão dos dados mestre financeiros, ii) a contabilidade, incluindo a consolidação contabilística; iii) a fiscalidade, e iv) a gestão operacional da tesouraria, incluindo a gestão da dívida externa e interna, os pagamentos e recebimentos, a gestão de bancos e a previsão de tesouraria, que pretende recrutar para a área de Bank Management.


Descritivo de funções:

  • Gestão de contas bancárias, desde a abertura, manutenção até ao encerramento de contas;
  • Realização de reconciliações bancárias e de contas comerciais;
  • Assegurar a digitalização arquivo de documentação;
  • Acompanhamento de parceiros em outsourcing;
  • Gestão de cartões bancários e de controlo de extratos;
  • Garantir a atualização de dados mestre no sistema de tesouraria;
  • Gestão de acessos à banca eletrónica.
Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Economia, Gestão, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas afins desde que possua experiência relevante para a função;
  • Experiência profissional entre 2 a 8 anos em áreas financeiras;
  • Valorizamse conhecimentos de ferramentas de Tesouraria;
  • Domínio do Português e Inglês, valorizandose o Espanhol;
  • Domínio do Office, valorizandose conhecimentos em SAP;
  • Resolução de problemas, capacidade analítica e de organização;
  • Capacidade colaborativa e resiliência;
  • Aptidão para desempenho de atividades de cariz operacional.
