APS LUX Applicative Support to integrate one of our project teams in

Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiency of the solution applied in production to solve issues;
  • Proper Communications to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status;
  • Internal Global Communication between APS IT Client teams;
  • Sharing your expertise and knowledge with the team;
  • Avoiding recurring incidents;
  • On a regular basis, provide effective and informative evaluations in terms of issues, risks and dependencies;
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;
  • Execute test scenarios and test scripts.

Write:

  • Documentation related to the work of end user and IT Support.

Technical Skills:

  • IT or Business degree;
  • Experience in production support activity;
  • 2 years of experience in AS400 operating system Mandatory;
  • 2 years of experience in SQL (DB2 preferentially) Mandatory;
  • 6 months of experience in banking activities;
  • Experience on Business Objects (End User);
  • Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical);
  • ITIL Certification;
