Introduction
As a ServiceNow Developer at our Tech Hub in Portugal, you play a significant role in managing our ServiceNow platform used by over 4,000 end users. The ServiceNow platform is the largest among the various IT solutions we manage for our internal clients. The ServiceNow team consolidates business requirements, collaborating with you to drive platform development for highly-automated services.
Experienced in designing workflows, scripts, and ServiceNow application configurations, you will be part of the team responsible for designing low-code solutions and robust development concepts.

Expectations in this role
- Develop technical solutions aligned with business needs, focusing on standardization and best practices.
- Responsible for configuring and developing existing/new workflows, business rules, scripts, UI elements, notifications, and integrating peripheral systems.
- Generate optimization suggestions, proactively supporting projects for system stability, performance, and compliance.
- Work within a motivated team dedicated to enhancing ServiceNow usage in our company.
Your experience and education
- Minimum 2 years in ServiceNow development with in-depth knowledge of architecture/configuration, especially in ITSM/SRM, ideally HRSD (certifications are a plus).
- Proficient in JavaScript, XML, REST, SOAP; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or Angular JS.
- Self-driven, curious, collaborative, with a passion for understanding technical processes.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese and/or German is advantageous).
