The purpose of this role is service delivery, value for money, and best practice through Professional Procurement activity, which includes these tasks:

  • Responsible for medium to high risk and/or complexity contracts;
  • Own commercial relationship with key strategic and core suppliers within spend remit;
  • Endtoend ownership of procurement for selected spend areas within the category on a service line, regional or global basis;
  • Lead & manage all businessasusual activity such as supplier selection, supplier management, contract terms, negotiation strategies and business improvement plans;
  • Responsible for supplier review and management to facilitate sustainability, risk identification and mitigation, with relevant teams as appropriate;
  • Strategic sourcing enabled by our electronic Sourcing tool, category management and Supplier Relationship Management techniques to deliver operational and cost improvements;
  • Build and lead crossfunctional project teams to deliver sourcing projects effectively;
  • Develop and deliver process improvements or efficiencies;
  • Communicate with and influences stakeholders to Executive level to achieve buyin both internally and externally, this may be done with support from more senior members of the team as appropriate;
  • Identify opportunities and lead projects for sustainable.


The Procurement Operations Lead will manage the procurement team and the process, being responsible for all aspects related to the procurement process.

The role ensures a smooth collaboration between different departments across the company, as well as drive consistency and repeatability in our data and governance.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Support the Head of Procurement in finding, onboarding/training and developing team members to perform any procurement activity in procuretopay process;
  • Ensure proper data quality is provided and maintained across all used tools (for example: Dynamics, Workday, Jira, Contractual Agreements, among others);
  • Leads regular operational reporting, ensure data collected across process appropriately feed agreed KPIs;
  • Support creating any training material as well as best practice sessions to educate any involved stakeholder within the company;
  • Support documentation of SOPs as well as rollout of agreed changes to company policies;
  • Foster and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all relevant stakeholders;
  • Oversee all aspects related to compliance culture, best practices, templates etc. partnering with other stakeholders such as legal, finance, business etc;
  • Steps in as troubleshooter any time there is an impediment in the overall process, team workload and supports unblocking;
  • Support to build and manage strong relationships with staffing agencies and important vendors to our company;
  • Act as a bridge between the procurement team, business and finance to ensure vendor purchase orders are raised in time, goods receipt is done properly and in time and invoice matching is done as fast as possible.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience in IT Operations or Service Management;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across functional and reporting levels;
  • Possess the ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a highvolume environment required;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; problemsolving and independent thinking;
  • Knowledge of Procuretopayprocess or vendor management desired;
  • Experience with multimarket operations is a plus;
  • Proficient English language skills mandatory;
  • German and Portuguese language skills is a plus.
