Job Summary Keyrus is looking for an ScrumMaster with experience in Salesforce projects .

This professionalwill be working on Salesforce projects with multiple squads (1 to 3) with Senior professionals on IT background but where Agile & SaFE knowledge is still under development.

Capacity to manage multiple squads is key to succeed in this position.

Work with a full remote team across different locations in anAgile Coach mindset to support a non-mature team in Agile Methodology.

This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities Act as a true leader enabling the team to reach maximum velocity removing impediments and building a safe and healthy environment through Agile practices.

Help the team to identify and highlight impediments and deviations and provide necessary practices to remove them. Create, prepare and facilitate Agile ceremonies and other group interactions to follow the Scrum framework.

Make sure the product backlog is in good shape and all User Stories are sized and ready for the next sprint.

Support the PO to organize the backlog and prioritize user stories and Product Increment sessions Track Velocity, anticipate capacity (incl vacations) and help the team to reach maximum performance Track impediments, dependencies and major issues for the squad and take care they are well talked in Scrum of Scrums Pro-actively tracking that the squad is on track with the sprint goals, making sure the tickets are in the right column, and that each squad member has the right balance between the current sprint and the preparation of the next one.

Keep Scrum simple and understandable to everybody Support the tech lead to do the release planning according to the priorities Manage the preparation tasks required to get approval of each release to production, following internal policies (CAB approval).

Align real velocity of the team on each iteration with the high-level Roadmap. Detect and visualize deviations as soon as possible and keep the roadmap expectation updated.

Make sure the Jira product backlog is in good shape and all User Stories are sized and ready for the next sprint.

Jira administration & monitoring:

setup the filters, monitors labels, Epic, components/squads Support maintenance transition plan and coordination Requirements for the role 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Minimum of 2 years of experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce projects Great capacity to work in autonomy and make things happen, in an agile way.

In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with practical experience implementing Agile practices in software development projects. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly recommended. Experience working on the SAFe framework is a big plus Fluent in English (portuguese and/or french are a plus)
