WHAT YOU WILL DO


As the ACCP FP&A Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and accounting activities of the ACCP organization.

You also lead the FP&A support for the assigned regions by managing a team of associates/senior associates who handle budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and reporting for their respective regions.

The ACCP FP&A Manager reports to the Finance and FP&A Lead, who is the Senior Finance Manager.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supports the Finance and FP&A team in
  • Timely production of monthly forecasts of expense budget in coordination with stakeholders in the countries.
  • Facilitating the business planning and decision making; providing financial analysis,
  • Managing expense budgets, latest estimate, and variance analysis
  • Leads FP&A projects locally and may participate in wider projects
  • Responsible for supporting the ACCP continuous improvement agenda
  • Contributes to a learning environment, supports the team growth and development, and enhances learning methodologies and technical tools where applicable.
  • Coaches and mentors team members for their growth and development, providing regular feedback and guidance to enhance their technical and professional skills.
  • Provides decision support to various stakeholders (BU's, project teams, functions)
  • Responsible for monitoring ACCP FP&A service levels and satisfaction to ensure that outputs meet the agreed expectations
  • Manages the execution of the close process of ACCP and the statutory financial submissions (VAT, CIT, and others) by adhering to monthly deadlines.
  • Reviews accounting entries and accrued reconciliations in ACCP, including but not limited to the accounts payable, accrued expenses, and lease.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
Minimum Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • 2+ years work in similar managerial position/s in an international environment is must
  • Experience in accounting, budgeting, and planning
  • Excellent user of Office Programs as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both in written and verbal communication
Preferred Requirements

  • Studies specialized in finance (Accounting, Financial planning, and analysis, controlling)
  • Working knowledge of IS systems (Hyperion, Tableau, Anaplan, and Alteryx) would be an asset
  • Experience in continues improvement projects such reporting standardization, automation, and RPA solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP
