We are looking for:

  • Dashboarding & analysis platform manages the various Finance dashboards and provides analysis to controllers, managers and site employees. It ensures standard ways of working within Finance, contributes to data quality and drives change/innovation in the dashboards and analyses. It is a key contributor to projects and changes with an impact on management information. The scope includes dashboard & analysis on Sales and Contribution Margin, Variable Costs, Fixed costs (Plant, SG&A, R&I), Full P&L, Working Capital, Capex.

  • Manage the team

  • Ensure the dashboards information quality
  • Work closely with stakeholders / other controllers on questions and needs
  • Provide meaningful analysis, forecasts when applicable
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Drive the use of analytics and ensure quality/consistency of dashboards ; drive the training and information sharing on dashboards and other digital tools
  • Ensure common Controlling methodologies on various processes, on a global basis
  • Work on improvement initiatives / tools evolution
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Member of:
  • Various initiative and project teams
  • Attend business or site meetings as needed
  • Interactions
  • Other Business and Corporate Controllers
  • Business and Plant managers
  • Management accounting teams in SBS
  • Digital Technology teams
  • SBS Service centers teams as needed for questions or support

You will bring:

  • Experience
  • Minimum 10 years in Finance/Controlling, in industry context
  • Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, QlikSense is a plus
  • Project experience, high end data user, collaboration tools
  • Education
  • Bachelor or Master in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics
  • Fluent English ; other languages are a plus.
  • Skills
  • Previous controlling experience
  • Working knowledge of Accounting
  • Good Management experience
  • Past experience in data analysis and data analytics
  • Problem solving and ability to work on projects
  • Ability to manage a team but also to do day to day work
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable activities
  • Ability to work with both finance people and non finance people
  • Ability to organize and present data in meaningful ways
  • Ability to multi tasks
