We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our client's backoffice team in the banking - insurance sector, with great written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service operations and backoffice activities in the banking/insurance sector;
  • Provide an excellent service experience to the customers, answering their questions and solve problems in an efficient way;
  • Collaborate with the team in order to improve process and service efficiency;
  • Keep a high level of precision and attention to the detail while you are dealing with documentation and administrative processes
- contribute to improve the company procedures and policies;

Requirements:

  • Be fluent in French (C2 Level);
  • Previous experience in customer service;
  • Basic knowledge in operations and processes in the Banking/Insurance sector;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with deadlines and golds set;
  • Excellent skills in organization and time management;
