Die transaktionalen Prozesse der SAP basierten Buchhaltungen für die europäischen Länder der HELM AG werden als Dienstleistung zentral aus dem zentralen Accounting Services Team in Portugal über standardisierte Prozesse bereitgestellt. Zu den Prozessen gehören vor allem die Tätigkeiten rund um die Accounts Payables sowie die Accounts Receivables. Für unseren Standort Portugal, suchen wir, zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr, einen motivierten Junior Vendor Invoice Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- In dieser Position erhalten Sie eine angemessene Schulung, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie aktiv zu unseren AP-Prozessen für bis zu 11 Länder in Europa beitragen können.
- Sie unterstützen die Bearbeitung von Lieferantenrechnungen (Validierung, Klärung von Fragen, Buchung, Zahlungsläufe) und stellen die Einhaltung von Geschäfts
- und SAP-Prozessen (hauptsächlich basierend auf Produktbestellungen in SAP MM) für mehrere europäische Länder sicher.
- Darüber hinaus wirken Sie an der Verbesserung der Buchhaltungsprozesse (inkl. technischer Änderungen) in SAP sowie am Wissensmanagement zwischen den Accounting Services in Portugal und Hamburg mit.
- Dabei tragen Sie kontinuierlich zur Verbesserung der Standard Operating Procedures für Accounting Services (SOPs) bei und unterstützen die Finance Manager in den HELM-Ländern bei der Erreichung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Ziele im Rechnungswesen.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie haben bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einer anderen Finanzfunktion im Service-Center-Umfeld durch Praktika oder Volontariate gesammelt.
- Darüber hinaus sind erste Kenntnisse in den gängigen IT-Anwendungen wie Microsoft Office (Excel) und SAP wünschenswert.
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Portugiesisch und Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (z.B. polnisch, französisch, dänisch oder türkisch) sind von Vorteil.
