This was an important turning point for the company, and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.

Hikma, intends to recruit a
Business Analyst (M/F) to integrate
CMO Department,
on-site work.


CMO Business Analyst role is to support CMO business by supporting customers and act as the connecting point to the organization and internal departments.

The CMO BA handles day-to-day requests from CMO customers and guarantees that prompt responses and information are provided, guaranteeing good service levels and customer satisfaction

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demand and Supply Management
  • Management of Customer demand and forecasts
  • Convert demand to sites and agree on delivery schedules
  • Follow on order execution: from order confirmation to delivery and product shipment
  • Customer Support
  • Support on the daytoday customer requests, e.g. documentation, changes, exceptions, etc
  • Address internal customer inquiries and requests and provide responses
  • Follow on contract executions, e.g. price reviews, annual commitments, etc
  • New Projects
  • PM tech transfer projects

Profile:

  • Degree in business administration, pharma sciences or related areas
  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately deliver in a fastpaced environment
  • Pharma experience is a plus
  • Experience in BD environement
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
