Position Overview:

As a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will provide exceptional customer support to our French-speaking clientele, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers concerns or issues.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual KPIs.

Requirements:
Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English (B1/B2 level) is a plus.
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
