O nosso cliente é uma Consultora Multinacional presente no mercado há cerca de 30 anos e que se encontra em significativo crescimento.

Descrição

  • Integrar projetos de consultoria de gestão estratégica em clientes dos mais diversos sectores de indústria e serviços financeiros;
  • Desenvolver novos modelos e estruturas de negócio apoiados na digitalização por forma a alcançar a excelência operacional;
  • Otimização e inovação de processos, projetos de change management e auditorias;
  • Preparar componentes técnicas de propostas comerciais;
  • Acompanhar a gestão dos clientes;
  • Colaborar no desenvolvimento de iniciativas e ofertas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento da prática de consultoria;
  • Promover a melhoria e otimização das capacidades da equipa;
  • Participar em vários projetos em simultâneo e equipas multi disciplinares.
  • Formação académica em Gestão, Finanças, Economia ou similar;
  • Experiência profissional prévia em funções similares mínima de 2 anos;
  • Experiência prévia em consultoria é um forte plus;
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês;
  • Fortes competências analíticas, de comunicação e solução de problemas;
  • Foco na aprendizagem contínua e capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente rápido e em múltiplos projetos.
