_A Digital Community Manager is responsible for managing a company's online presence across various digital channels, including social media, online forums, blogs, and other community platforms.

_

Details of the role and main responsibilities:

  • The key duties may include developing and executing social media and community engagement strategies.
  • Create content for digital channels, monitoring, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Analyzing and reporting on social media and community metrics.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand message across all digital channels.
  • Responsible for building and growing a company's online community by fostering engagement, creating meaningful interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Stay current on digital technology trends and participate in B2B Digital Sales Projects to enable new channels.
  • Coordinate with Top Management marketing, public relations, and communications to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Group companies and sales teams to stay up to date on new products/services and resources.
  • Build relationships with customers, prospects, industry professionals, and media.
  • Create appealing text, landing pages, image and video content to meet the needs of the various companies and brands of Grupo Your.
  • Respond to customer comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and increase brand awareness.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Management or Engineering.

Experience and Technical Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience defining and implementing communication and social media campaigns to align with the marketing strategies (Inbound and Outbound Marketing)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat event participation; page views; critical path, segmentation)
  • Handson experience in Social Media Management for brands (B2B)
  • Ability to interpret traffic from different channels and customer online engagement metrics.
  • Strong experience in Digital Campaign Management, Definition of Personas, SEO and SEM strategies for online marketing channels
  • Experience with Hubspot CMS and Marketing Automation solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into digital marketing initiatives.

  • Digital marketing campaign mindset with ability to plan, design and launch new initiatives.
  • Capacity to analyze data insights and customer segmentation and align with new campaigns and support business goals.
