Your Role and Responsibilities
If you have recently completed your technology degree/master's degree (completed by June/July 2023 or less than 1 year ago) and are eager to kick-start your career, we invite you to join Kyndryl

We are looking for university graduates to join our team on a permanent contract, oriented to technical roles.


As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to design and build solutions, making a real impact in cutting-edge areas such as Consulting, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, and Digital workplace.


You will be part of Kyndryl's Horizon Program, which is a professional development program for high-potential professionals, oriented to technical graduates.


It will give you the opportunity to start your professional career, combining client work with real contributions, training in different strategic areas, and mentoring.

The program is a technical career accelerator, and will provide you with the tools, learning and internalization of a diverse and inclusive culture that will boost you as a future leader at Kyndryl.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Completion of studies by June/July 2023 or less than 1 year ago.
  • University graduates with a strong passion for technology, preferably in fields such as Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Knowledge of Consulting, Cloud, Security, Networking and Digital Workplace technologies will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of academic merits, scholarships, courses, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary team environments.
  • Organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Passionate about providing solutions to changing problems.

Master's Degree
