Role Description:
As a Product Owner you will:
- Be responsible for the communication of the Product Vision to the Scrum Team;
- Be responsible for owning and maintaining the Product Backlog;
- Manage, prioritize and own the backlog for a product with an intent to create an excellent experience for the customer to deliver the overall strategy/roadmap;
- Translate user needs into User Stories that will be implemented by the Team;
- Support the team on the day to day activities of the Sprint, providing guidance and clarification when sought;
- Contribute to the Planning, Execution and Review of each Sprint;
- Serving as a liaison between product and development;
- Shield the team from external influences that may impact the teams efficiency;
- Supporting the team in delivering value to the client.
Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this:
- 4+ years of experience has a Product owner or have led a web product in another capacity in the past;
- Profile Solutionoriented, always ready to find new and creative approaches;
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts;
- Have a growth mindset and focus on Continuous Improvement;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Able to adapt to a very fastpaced, consistently growing, and changing environment;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
If you have some of these following skills that will be considered a plus:
- If you have a deep passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of eCommerce websites or experience in working in an agile team using Scrum methodologies these will be considered a plus
