Job Details INSPIRE SUCCESSFUL DECISIONS Role's Mission Kantar Worldpanel is moving from legacy production systems to a cloud-based one.

This transformation requires a Data Analyst to develop, setup and maintain several datasets, as well as analysing our data during migration phase and BAU – considering the change in the business for successful set up, implementation and activation.

UK, France & Iberia markets will be our 2024 priority with roll out in LATAM, Asia and remaining regions on the following months.

You will be collaborating closely with a diverse range of key company stakeholders (within our PRISM Factory structure) who'll be based in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain and other regions.

Your Key Outcomes will be... Extract, clean and transform raw data from diverse sources into usable formats for analysis. Manage, monitor, and update databases, ensuring high data integrity. Develop data analysis models and predictions to support decision making.

Create interactive reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel to communicate analysis results clearly and effectively.

Present data and insights in an accessible way for different stakeholders. Develop scripts and/or automated solutions to improve efficiency in data collection and analysis and increase team workflow efficiency. Collaborate with other teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support when necessary. Key Capabilities Your background will ideally look like this... Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Analysis. Full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum). Proven experience in Excel (Advanced functions; Pivot Tables; Macros) and Power BI will be required. Previous experience with relational database platforms (SQL ideally). Has previously gained experienced on writing technical documentation. Has experienced with IT Project Management Software. With the following qualities... Inquisitive, with critical thinking, and demonstrate genuine passion for consumer behaviour. Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions. Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives. Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.

Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.

The following, although not mandatory, will be appreciated... Proven knowledge and/or experience with Python programming, JIRA and/or Azure DevOps will be appreciated. Previous experience with Knowledge or experience with Statistical Modelling is welcomed.

Previous experience working within a multicultural business environment and developing solid working relationships with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
