Junior Sommelier

As a Junior Sommelier at Vila Joya Sea, you will be an integral part of our service team, working closely with our experienced sommeliers from the 2 star Michelin Restaurant of Vila Joya to curate memorable dining experiences for our guests.

• Fluent in at least 2 out of 3 languages: Portuguese, German, and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Passion for wine and food pairing, with a desire to continuously expand your knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Completion of relevant education or certification programs, such as sommelier training or wine studies, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and build rapport.
• Detailoriented approach to wine service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to every guest.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Adaptable and capable of integrating into a diverse team.
