Your Role

Semasio is a Unified Targeting provider that enables digital marketers to reach their target audience by seamlessly combining Audience and Contextual targeting. Our clients are leading global media agencies, brands and publishers, and we operate globally within the NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Operational, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting our ad tech solutions for clients across the EMEA, APAC, and NAM regions. Your responsibilities will span from creating accurate and scalable taxonomies to collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Day to Day

  • Assist client-facing teams: Support client-facing teams by optimizing targeting solutions and addressing client needs effectively
  • Taxonomy Development and Optimization: Enhance and analyze the effectiveness of our top-performing Always-On Taxonomies to maximize efficiency and ensure the quality and reach of targets to meet client expectations
  • Technical Assurance and Support: Ensure data availability and stability, addressing any technical issues that arise promptly and provide effective technical support through a ticketing system, resolving issues efficiently
  • Global Optimization: Improve the availability and cleanliness of our offerings on a global scale and ensure our data stands out and is easily discoverable, highlighting its unique value
  • User Interface Maintenance: Enhance the user experience on our SaaS platform, ensuring it meets client needs and industry standards
  • Create Accurate and Scalable Taxonomies: Develop accurate and scalable taxonomies for all clients and partners
  • Optimize Performance: Enhance the effectiveness of our top-performing Always-On Taxonomies across different markets
  • Execute various partner projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners, clients and internal teams, addressing issues promptly and effectively through a ticketing system

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Technical Account or Business Development experience
  • Technical background with expertise in ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, and data management platforms
  • Experience or interest in online marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
